As said above, MEGAJOULE may share your personal data in the occasions when a company is legally obliged to communicate, for example, with government authorities or the courts.   • Our partners, service providers with whom we cooperate in order to execute our services and carry out out business activities

  • Courts in all of the states where MEGAJOULE has it’s offices and courts in all of the states where MEGAJOULE executes it’s services.

Finally,  state that your data may be transferred, in accordance with our privacy policy, to other non-European states, whose privacy laws may differ from European ones. In all of the cases stated MEGAJOULE strives to protect your privacy and oblige the European laws of privacy. 

 

How long we retain your data

In general, your personal information is kept as long as MEGAJOULE has your consent or as long as it’s necessary in order to execute the clients services properly. 

For users that register on our website (if any), download a certain content from it, subscribe the newsletter, we store the personal information provided in order to use the site and publications provided for download. Submitted email addresses will be used for informational company newsletters until the cancellation of this service by the subscribed user.

All users can request to see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time. Website administrators can also see and edit that information. 

Lastly, it is important to state that MEGAJOULE may keep your data even longer than stated above in those cases where this is regulated by law 

 

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we need to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
