21 Feb MEGAJOULE in Brasil
MEGAJOULE Group has decided to strengthen its presence in the Brazilian market and improve the interconnection between the teams located in its 3 main offices, Portugal, Croatia and Brazil. It also intends to start offering a wider variety of engineering services, encompassing all stage of renewable projects, from pre-feasibility, during development and implementation and to operation and end of life. These range of services, already offered in Europe, will soon be available also in the Brazilian market.
In order to implement the plan, from February 2024, MEGAJOULE Group has acquired the remaining shares of MEGAJOULE do Brasil, Ltda., now owning 100% of its Brazilian branch.
Furthermore, a new Board has been nominated, with Lucas Lobo, assuming Commercial Coordination, Tamires Azevedo, assuming Operational Coordination and Jane Alves assuming Administrative and Financial Coordination. MEGAJOULE Group Board is firmly confident in the performance of the new Board and wishes all the 3 the best success.
